OC-480H, 480 tons of clamping force ensures that the mold can be tightly closed during the injection process to prevent the product from flashing, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the product. The injection unit is designed with a linear guide rail, which has little obstruction during operation, precise and stable injection control, and improves the quality of the product.
We have equipped the injection molding machine with a control computer from Taiwan TECHMATION. By setting it in advance on the control panel, it can accurately control every process of production and issue an alarm for abnormal data. In conjunction with other auxiliary machines, it can quickly achieve automated production, meet large-scale production needs, and save you labor costs.
